What do you like most?
We’ve been using Runnr.ai at Blendin and are very happy with the results. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and our guests are very satisfied with the quick and helpful responses they receive. It has also reduced the workload for our front desk team, allowing them to focus more on personal guest experiences. The communication with the Runnr.ai team has been fast and efficient from day one. We’re impressed by their support and innovation, and we’re planning to implement Runnr.ai at our upcoming hotels as well. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We’d love to see even more integrations with other hotel systems & software in the future, that would make it absolutely perfect.
