What do you like most?
- The ease of use and the design of the system. It's modern and easy to learn and implement. - The support and dialogue with Trybe throughout the whole process of implementing the system to our 30+ hotels. - The booking page for guests is very easy to use and smooth for the guests to book a treatment, an activity or f.ex. a PT-session. Also enjoy the possibilities to use courses and vouchers very easily in the shop. - Very flexible and can be used for a number of things - not only for spa treatments, but also for group training classes, reserving an area or memberships. We have also integrated Trybe, through their api's, to our our own booking engine which was very appreciated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- We are overall really happy with the system but it would be nice to get even more chain perspective of the system and not needing to make changes individually on each hotel, f.ex when it comes to revenue centers.
