What do you like most?
Innkeepers Advantage support is great, responsive and they work with you to find a solution for whatever our needs are whether it is a feature change or compliance issues we have with our county requirements. Great integration for direct booking on a website and OTA ( booking engine )f you need the integration into booking.com or Expedia, hotels tonight or trip advisor. The reservation module has many options which can be used. It takes care of your daily needs and provides plenty of ways for your customer to get access to important information whether it be on a mobile phone, tablet or desktop. Most load times are quick and responsive. The checkin and checkout feature is very helpful for our size (23 rooms) multiple room block reservations are also easy to accomplish.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The report center which was recently changed could use a help document to understand all the abilities it has. Some of the features to take data and then transfer into a css file are not obvious how to use and the documentation for self help is almost non-existent. If there was one serious weakness, is the offline help system is simply missing at this time. Discounts and coupons have many fields that are not well described and you must contact support to have them help you set them up for all the variations that are in face really possible.
