What do you like most?
The system dashboard is good and has a lot of information. The reporting is helpful, though could be more robust and provide more clear and direct objectives.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer Service is terrible. Basically no on boarding assistance or help after you are sold into signing the contracts. My name was misspelled multiple areas and the company name was wrong. Staff borderline rude over the phone and not very helpful. Expensive for the offerings and the support. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
