What do you like most?
Umi Digital is simply a great company to work with. They are both flexible and easy to work with, in addition to being professional and knowledgeable about the industry. They listened to every single one of our business requirements and provided us with the solution, completely exceeding our expectations. They created a stunning new website for us, as ours was outdated and appeared 'old school'. The site now gives a truer reflection of who we are and athough it is still early days, we have seen a more than 10% increase in traffic to the site and an increase in sales, both of which were our key objectives from the get-go. You really can't go wrong with Umi.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Working with Umi Digital over the last year has been an absolute pleasure, so much so that there are no areas of improvement that I or my team have been able to think of.
