What do you like most?
We switched to Mews PMS recently and were looking for an RMS adapted to our needs and connected to our PMS and CRS. We identified SPOTPILOT in the marketplace. We requested activation, and within an hour the interfaces were activated. This RMS is not a classic RMS, since it is not simply focused on price recommendation or competitive intelligence. It gives more global vision with complete and powerful analysis tools. A calendar planning view with tools for comparing historical data, but also and above all a whole set of tools related to open pricing. The application allows us to manage our channel as it is connected live to our CRS,. We also can manage restrictions by room type and rates, thresholds and many other functions that are necessary to manage a small group like ours. We were seduced by the alert setting module which allows us to quickly act in a targeted way on the dates we need. For our group we use the business intelligence module provided by SPOTPILOT. It allows us to cross the data from our pricing tool with our PMS data. All this with the necessary flexibility and ease. As far as I'm concerned, I can only recommend this tool, which is close to the perfect tool, even if there are of course things that need to be optimised.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some of the functions available in the Desktop version are not available on the web version. We look forward to this. We like the graphical and user friendly side of the web version.
