SPOTPILOT offers a complete revenue management tools for hotels, campsites & residences. It is synchronized in real time with Clock PMS and connected to the distribution. They also offer the possibility of automating and contextualizing the commercial strategy decided by the hotel owner.

Answer:

1) Know the Availabilities in real time; 2) Monitor load increases in real time; 3) Easily access historical data; 4) Manage & keep a history of events; 5) Set budget targets & be able to manage them from anywhere; 6) Carefully analyze the pickups; 7) Monitor the segmentation closely; 8) Have accurate indicators; 9) Have context & monitoring data; 10) Management of pricing & yield rules.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

A human will never collect neither will analyze the data faster than a machine strictly following the rules established by experts. A click late sometimes is too late and when that happens your revenue will ruthlessly confirm that you were late. Use modern technologies and worry not about the price optimization while focused on what is really important to grow your business.
