What do you like most?
Absolutely nothing.. this is a disgusting company that decided to profit off of hard-working individuals.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Shocking greed and profiteering during a pandemic. Chicago is on full lockdown so I cannot stay there even if I want to... and yet Sonder is refusing to even issue a credit for a future stay. What kind of company behaves that way? Over 95% of VRBO providers are offering at least a credit and most are offering a refund, and Sonder is offering nothing. I hope this company reaps what it sows.
