Safara brings in good exposure for our property, which helps us reach a wider audience. The platform is easy for guests to navigate, and the booking process is seamless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be more responsive customer service, especially when issues arise. It’d also be nice if we were provided more detailed analytics to help us understand our performance better and make improvements.
