What do you like most?
We started using RezStream in December. The onboarding process was super easy. We were given detailed instructions during the entire process. The customer support that we have received is unbelievable. Every question I have emailed to the support team has been answered within minutes. I am used to waiting days for an answer with my previous provider. The training was excellent. The software is very easy to navigate and set up. I wish that we switched over sooner!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far I haven't found anything that needs to be improved. It seems like they have already solved many of the problems that I have had with other software.
