What do you like most?
What I love about our Ops Platform is that it serves as a one-stop shop. In just one platform, you can manage your business efficiently. If you have questions, there’s a knowledge base to help you. When you need assistance with creating your email communications, the AI assistance feature allows you to respond to inquiries effectively and efficiently, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Work Order - Calendar - Housekeeping feature. It would be much easier if we could add a scroll bar at the bottom of the calendar, allowing us to scroll left and right to check previous and upcoming days. This would complement the existing arrow buttons at the top that navigate to the next week.
