What do you like most?
We have been working with HappyHotel since 2021. It's a very good software that is constantly being developed. We have been able to significantly increase our revenue thanks to the product. The software is highly user-friendly and easy to learn. The autopilot setting is a recommended setting for small hotels, but we don't use it because our market is very dynamic. Many settings can be changed independently. I use the software daily and it makes my work so much easier. Analysis tools and event settings are all very simple and well-designed. The price calendar is clear and offers functions such as mass editing of prices, restrictions, etc. The software's machine learning becomes more and more accurate over time. Rates can also be created manually far into the future. Prices are calculated 365 days in advance. The dashboard is very clear and offers all the necessary key figures as well as the option to create your own dashboard. I recommend the software without reservation. The support team is great and the management is open-minded. There has never been a technical outage. The integration into the PMS is very easy and there are no inconsistencies.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The company offers opportunities for regular exchange, where we can make suggestions for improvement. This is a huge advantage, as it allows for direct communication. The chat and ticket systems are also ideal for this.
