What do you like most?
-Can literally get someone at your property/ business within an hour. -If someone calls off/ you're short-staffed for an event or busy day you can get someone great to help VERY FAST. -It's like UBER for hospitality employees! -The people you get are very talented ( they have ratings) -The people working at Qwick are extremely helpful as well if you have any questions. I have worked in hospitality for many years and have used Temp staffing agencies before and this is much better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-Add housekeepers, laundry attendants, houseman/public area attendants, as well as maintenance workers for hotels -Add Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors. Also if you have an option to specify which PMS they know (FOSSE Marriott, Hilton OnQ, Choice Advantage, etc..)
