What do you like most?
- it's very easy & fast to use! - It can be used by many departments like housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, etc. - I like how you can message the guests for anything if you want to let them know about their room being ready, if they left any items in their room, parking, check in & check out time. - This makes communication easy with others, if something is wrong, we can add a note for them to see. - This software doesn't have that many glitches which is great! - It saved all of our information even from years ago. This reminds me of Facebook.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- If we can add pictures to send to the guest if they lost an item. - Some guests have their first and last name and others just have their phone number. We aren't sure why it's like this but it's no big deal.
