What do you like most?
It's really easy to use platform once you can undestand the way it works thanks to the ability of your account manager, really kind and with a wide and deep knoledge of their tool. It is also a great technical support tool for medium and small businesses to enable major metasearch connections. You can choose different approaches for your campaigns and definitely choose the one that suits you best at each moment of the season and for each hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No complaints. We are very satisfied actually with DerbySoft. Perhaps the Help Center could be improved a bit to make everything easier to do autonomously, but this lack is more than compensated by the professionalism of the account manager
