What do you like most?
It's marvelous to have this CRM made for hotels. It is helping us a lot with the knowledge of our clients plus we have new communication channels with our guests. We can deliver precise campaigns to our target clients. We have seen a big impact on ROI and on conversion rate of the campaigns that we are doing. We are starting to see that what they promise is real.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They could improve a lot in the first steps configuration of the platform as it is a bit tricky. You must understand about customer journeys and have a specific person that manipulates this system as it is really powerful and you need to understand it pretty well to get a portion of what they offer. Also they could improve a bit the performance of the app, but it doesn't affect that much. We suppose with new updates that they will do they keep improving
