Really engaged and service minded staff. One feels well taken care of. Learning curve is not very steep and if you run into obstacles they're always there to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Contrast between fields as well as texts could be stronger so it would be easier to differentiate and thereby easier and quicker to use.
