What do you like most?
Enso has been a game changer for our team. Their software has taken the legwork out of guest communication. We can be assured that every guest receives the same amount of attention and care that is deserved. They have also reduced the amount of "simple answer" questions and calls we receive by providing important and pertinent information in an aesthetically beautiful format for our guests. The few times we have had issues the Enso support team has been able to provide immediate and effective support to help resolve said issues. Being able to customize specific properties and groups of properties with tailor made check in info, house manuals, guidebooks, and messages has made a business full of intricacies a much simpler one to navigate for us and our guest. We're extremely pleased with the improvements Enso has brought to our daily operations and would recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. Francios and the team he has built are rockstars!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The few things that could be improved are minor glitches and bugs that make the overall user experience (for property managers) a much smoother one. They have been very receptive and timely with the issues we have brought to them.
