What do you like most?
The locks have presented many new opportunities for us, such as remote management for our property as well as increased security and timelined events.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The communication with the company could be better. Sometimes we have waited a long time for responses to problems weve had with the product. However, it is extremely important to note the following; as soon as 4Suites have replied to a ticket/ complaint and aimed to fix it, they have fixed the problem with extreme effectiveness and care. There is no problem they havent fixed for us, it sometimes just takes a while for a response.
