What do you like most?

I have used M3 as a hotel accountant for going on 7 years now with 2 different companies. My current position started in Quickbooks but I recommended we switch to M3 Accounting Core because it is made for the hospitality industry. The automation of the daily reports alone is what made me switch but also the ability to attach images to invoices which are viewable through every report we run. The reports are already created with CPOR and it tracks statistics for you as well. All around a great choice for hotel accounting. M3 has EXCELLENT customer service and actually listens to your ideas and tries to implement them if they make sense for every customer. I recently found out that they are launching a new line of cloud based software and I am very excited to see what they will bring to the table in the cloud area. Overall, I highly recommend M3 because of their software but also because they are a great company to work with and will always have your back.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I honestly don't have any ideas for improvements that I can think of, every new version release of Accounting Core is getting better and better and allowing my job to become more automated which boosts efficiency and accurate accounting. If I had to think of one thing it would be that they work directly with banks to allow access vs. using Plaid and that's only because my bank is a pain when trying to login using Plaid and that is the banks fault, not M3's. They have made it as easy as possible to integrate with their software.
