What do you like most?
The RMS prices updates feature has been especially helpful, as it saves us time and ensures that our pricing strategy is always up-to-date. The rate shopper is also a great tool to keep an eye on our competitors and adjust our prices accordingly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the system is easy to use, I think there could be more data integrated from our PMS, however, it might be a limitation of our own PMS system. Overall, we are happy with the system and the results it has brought to our small hotel.
