What do you like most?
It is very useful for reporting in real time, guest requirements for both service and staff for maintenance and engineering work.It allows us to report them in real time and track online that the requirements have been attended to promptly, and in accordance with our service standards.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Actually, all the tools we use allow us to streamline our day-to-day work, keep statistics, and track each requirement.Working on the interface with the most common hotel systems and having them communicate would be a great help.
