Answer:

GuestHub offers a strong guest engagement platform and allows properties to send customized, branded communications to guests throughout their journey from pre-arrival to post campaigns. This is fundamental in driving reputation and repeat business. The GuestHub Guestapp feature can drive ancillary revenue with upselling and provides a significant convenience for guests. The best part is there is no app download required, making it easy and effortless to use.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Affordability and ease of use. Offers similar functionality and value against competitors in the space at a fraction of the cost. Very easy to use. Drives adoption quickly across property employees and staff.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Make sure it’s easy to measure success for any product under consideration. Take the monthly GuestHub cost, which is very reasonable, and check upsell revenue and guest satisfaction scores after 6 months. This is an easy win. Low overhead but can provide a big boost to bottom line.
