What do you like most?
Ray Schum was most helpful in assisting us with issues and he did it in a very prompt manner. We had some challenges with Site-Minder and Rate & Inventory interface issues but they were quickly resolved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We had some issues with e-commerce reports being delivered late in the month but this has been fixed since. Thank you!
