What do you like most?
Intuitive and user-friendly interface. Strong automation features. Effective pre-arrival and in-stay upselling. Saves time for the team while increasing revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are now implementing Drop.in in two hostels, which will have a higher volume of guests and will allow us, from my side, to better understand and explore the solution in a more dynamic environment. This should give us more practical insights into its performance and usability at scale. Until now, our experience has been in a smaller property with limited guest volume, which has not yet allowed us to fully identify potential areas for improvement. As we continue to use the platform more extensively, we expect to be able to provide more detailed and constructive feedback.
