What do you like most?
What impressed me most is how effectively HappyHotel continuously identifies the best possible pricing outcome across very different room categories and products. In our property, we work with multiple categories that target different guest segments and require highly differentiated pricing strategies, especially during peak periods and major events. HappyHotel supports this complexity extremely well and helps maximize existing revenue potential even in phases with lower day-to-day price fluctuations. The integrated reports are also very valuable in daily operations. Relevant market events and demand shifts are highlighted clearly, making it much easier to react quickly, adjust pricing strategically and plan around large events or demand peaks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area with additional potential would be the reporting structure. While the AI and pricing automation already deliver very strong results, I was unfortunately not yet able to generate a fully suitable “Same Time Last Year” comparison report through the integrated AI tools. A consolidated report combining STLY data with current On The Books performance, including ADR and occupancy comparisons for flexible periods and room categories, would further strengthen strategic forecasting and month-end analysis. Especially for properties with event-driven demand patterns and differentiated product structures, this kind of reporting depth would be extremely valuable. That said, this would really just be the final extra layer on top of an already very strong and highly effective revenue management solution.
