What do you like most?
From a hotel operations perspective, hotelkit has helped us improve internal communication and employee engagement by giving the team a reliable chat function, clear announcements, and a central bulletin for daily posts and updates. The ability to schedule information, communicate benefits, and keep everyone aligned has made staff communication more consistent across departments. In housekeeping, the tool allows us to assign tasks, schedule cleaning, track rooms, and ensure rooms are clean efficiently, which has improved overall efficiency during daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Based on our experience using the system, it already supports our housekeeping and employee communication workflows very well. At this time, there are no specific areas that stand out as needing improvement.
