What do you like most?
We use Straiv very successfully for contactless check-in and digital guest communication. We are especially impressed by the enormous variety of settings and active modules – from the info folder to the digital registration form to payments and WiFi info. The application runs absolutely reliably, can be customized extremely individually to our processes, and the support is simply excellent: always available, helpful, and highly competent!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A very innovative feature would be an (open) interface so that external AI systems, for example, can use the Straiv info folder, news, etc., directly as a knowledge database and exchange data seamlessly for check-in/out. Otherwise, the platform already offers a huge number of settings, and we are absolutely satisfied with the system!
