The system is very easy to use for our guests. Works on every device and is therefore ideal for our needs. So far we've never had a problem and that speaks for itself very much in favor of the tool. Very simply presented backend for the employees and everything is easy to control. We are very happy with it.

If you want to take the burden off your front desk and streamline the administrative processes there I would definitely recommend Straiv. The complete guest journey during the stay of your guests is optimally covered with Straiv.
As in this product space, the interconnectivity of systems is essential for everything to work seamlessly, I think it is crucial to do proper due diligence on the workings of the integrations. Straiv does a great job here and built something that works properly. This is not the case for other providers in this space.
This tool is very easy to use, you save a lot of time at the check in and this in turn allows you to work very productively. It is also very easy to use for the guest and is a great guest companion right through to the check out.
