The right approach is very important. Know your guests and processes and rethink them in a way you believe your guests would like you to digitalise the guest experience of your hotel. We recommend a modular approach and not every step in a self checkin and out process needs to be done simultaneously, specially if your door locks/ key systems are not ready for it.
straiv has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
