We value the availability and monitoring of the team when issues or difficulties arise. There is openness to analyze the topics we report, although these are not always as quick or effective as we would like.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We consider it necessary for there to be greater proactivity and follow-up from the teams, with closer attention to the specific needs of each unit. We would also like to see more solutions and improvement proposals presented, not only in response to issues identified by us but also through a more active analysis of the opportunities existing in each unit.
