What do you like most?
It was pretty easy to learn. The interface is very "readable" and easy to understand. The "PIE" function is good but an extra addon.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some "features" are more like bugs and it feels like the focus is not at the user any more. More rates should be available per room category. The fact that you can't edit things like blocked rooms in the past is just stupid. The layout of invoices have gone from bad to ridicolous where you cant even bill a one night stay with breakfast on one A4 page, it needs two pages. There are many things that are sub optimal. It is very expensive in comparison to alternatives. There is a of phishing going on in the name of cloudbeds.( not their fault I guess ) After 8 years I decided to leave Cloudbeds and start of with something that feels more user focused. Another point was that we wanted to get away from US based software and go european instead.
