What do you like most?
This is a fantastic tool. It’s genuinely easy to pick up and use, and the learning curve was almost nonexistent. The price recommendations have been spot-on for my needs, which gives me a lot of confidence when making decisions. Onboarding was fast, well structured, and tailored to exactly what I needed—everything was explained clearly and set up correctly from the start. The interface feels clean and modern, and the overall UX shows real thoughtfulness: common actions are right where you expect them, and you can move from insight to action without digging through menus. I also appreciate how responsive everything is—no lag, no clutter, just a smooth workflow. All in all, it’s a polished, reliable solution that has made my day-to-day work simpler and more effective. The support by Casper was also really good - he helped a lot and we had some flexibility with the quote, which helped us personally since budget was tight the time we subscribed. There is nothing else, only one thing regarding this form: the placeholder text is not correct in the "what do you like most?" section.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would add a lot of value if the tool could automatically monitor competitor rates and factor those signals into its price recommendations. Even a simple, configurable compset with weighting (brand, star level, distance, review score) would make the engine feel smarter in fast-moving markets. Maybe taking weather into account would also help. Analyzing past prices would give me more confidence that the tool knows what it's doing. If I remember right we only checked floor and ceiling prices but no past. I’d also love better handling of operational realities like late check-outs and early check-ins. When these aren’t captured, occupancy and availability can be misrepresented. On pricing, I understand the room-count–based model, but ADR differs dramatically between regions (e.g., Hungary versus Los Angeles). A structure that reflects regional price levels or average ADR/revenue bands could feel fairer without undermining your simplicity. Finally, a quicker cadence of feature releases—paired with clear release notes, a public roadmap, and maybe an opt-in beta channel—would be appreciated. + We don't really understand the benchmarking page.
