What do you like most?
RezStream has been a true partner to our hotel, not just a software vendor. The reservation system is fantastic and easy to use, so my front desk team picks it up quickly and spends their time on guests rather than on screens. What really sets them apart is the people: support is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our success, and the relationships we’ve built feel personal. They’re also proactive, regularly bringing us ideas and tools to grow our business before we think to ask. It’s rare to find a company that makes running a seasonal hotel easier and more profitable at the same time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’d love the option to upload rates from an Excel spreadsheet. We plan our seasonal rates in Excel, and uploading them directly would save hours and reduce entry errors. I’d also welcome more AI built into the platform, such as smarter rate recommendations, demand forecasting and automated guest communication. rezStream is already forward-thinking, so I’m excited to see where they take it.
