What do you like most?
We love all the integrations they offer. Mews has opened up so many doors for our hotel, from self check in kiosk to integration of our key cards. We are currently exploring few other integrations to add to our property. This will help us improve guest satisfaction and efficiency.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We want Mews to come up with less steps for check in process, also some screens need to improve in what they show. Some items are not needed, needs to have less information.
