What do you like most?
We've had this program for a while and it's simple which we all love. Whenever there is an issue we call support and everyone is always helpful and if the task can not be answered the tech reaches out to someone who would know. Paul, Wendy and Aaliyah are great and assets to the company, they have patience and do not stop until the task is completed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We've had this program for a while. It's very simple easy to get around and gets the job done. We are very happy.
