What do you like most?
- Analytics. - Automation between MEWS and Flexkeeping. - Functionality in the app for housekeeping staff. - Room allocation. - Task.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Minibar Tracking: Improve the tracking of minibar consumption. The system should sort consumption based on the time of entry/registration (chronological order), instead of sorting by room number, which complicates tracking for Front Office. - Payment Link Integration (Minibar): Implement the ability to send payment links via Fleexking directly for minibar consumption, and ensure this functionality syncs with Mews for accurate billing and reconciliation. - Completed Repairs: Implement tracking and an overview for completed maintenance and repair tasks. - VIP Tasks: Enable sorting of VIP tasks in chronological order (by the time they should be performed/were registered), rather than the current sorting by code order. We currently use MEWS for this specific function. - Easier to view the maintenance history
