What do you like most?
Running a historic 167-room, 4-star superior property with multiple food and beverage outlets means our operational data flow has to be flawless. What I like best about HotelFriend is how seamlessly it consolidates our front desk PMS, channel manager, and guest communication tools into a singular ecosystem. Operating inside Germany, absolute financial and legal compliance is a non-negotiable for us; having native support for GoBD, TSE, and DSFinVK integrated straight out of the box provides our executive team with massive peace of mind. Additionally, the automated check-in and digital guest-facing features have noticeably optimized our front-desk efficiency during high-occupancy seasons, allowing our staff to spend more time engaging meaningfully with our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Because the platform bundles an extensive array of features under one roof from housekeeping to complex channel management the initial onboarding and customization phase requires a dedicated learning curve. For a team of our scale, adapting everyone to the rich interface took some time. Expanding their localized self-service training modules and adding more short, role-specific video tutorials would make bringing new front-desk or operational hires up to speed even faster.
