What do you like most?
SiteMinder provides a highly stable and efficient connection between our property management system and various OTA channels. The centralized inventory control significantly saves administrative time and minimizes the risk of overbookings. The platform's channel manager operates smoothly, and the overall interface is straightforward and dependable for daily boutique hotel management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is still a problem with receiving automatic payments for bookings. We cannot automatically take payments from clients and this is a big problem for us.
