It integrates nicely with our PMS which makes the conversations useful for guests. Overall, we believe that D3X is a powerful solution for hotels/hostels looking to improve guest communication and increase efficiency.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Consultancy offering before decisions of use is made would be nice. Video tutorials of various features could help a lot.
