What do you like most?
After trying the system, we found it unnecessarily complicated and difficult to use. Despite having already paid for the service, we have reached the point where we are willing to forfeit the amount paid in order to discontinue using the system and switch to another provider. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The system has not met our expectations, the coordination has been inefficient, and the support team’s service has been far below the standard we expected. The lack of effective assistance and timely support has made it increasingly difficult for us to operate smoothly. We believe that paying for a system should come with reliable functionality, user-friendly operations, and professional customer support. However, our experience so far has not reflected these expectations. As a result, we would rather accept the financial loss and move to another system that better meets our operational needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to share some feedback regarding the system we have been using. Overall, the coordination between teams has been very inefficient, resulting in considerable delays in operations. In addition, some of the system’s features do not perform as originally explained or promised. When we use the system in practice, we find that it does not fully meet our expectations, and there are also noticeable issues with its stability and reliability. We would appreciate it if the relevant team could review and improve interdepartmental coordination, system performance, and overall stability to ensure that the system functions as promised and supports smoother, faster, and more efficient daily operations. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
