What do you like most?
I have used Rezstream for over 20 years at 2 different properties and it has evolved into a very good product for our business. It is very user friendly. The people that develop it and work their magic build one on one relationships with us as clients and all their clients. If we need something or suggest something, they work hard to deliver it. Rezstream has really grown into a product that meets our needs. We are a vacation rental condo property with 70 units total and 48 that are in the rental pool. Rezstream provides our PMS, our Website with booking engine and we also use their full service Marketing team that produces real results. Rezstream allows us to compete in our market with a very professional look and feel. Rezstream also provides the Accounting information that makes financials an easy process. From Jeff at the top to Alex who manages our website; Zoe, Cass, Liz and Alec who take care of marketing and keeping SEO, etc in check; Kyle and Nic in support; Missy in billing -- it's all good. The team is dedicated to its clients. I honestly cannot name a provider we deal with that treats us as well as Rezstream does. All of this for a fantastic price! Thank you Rezstream for all you do.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Rezstream has partnered with a great app for maintenance and housekeeping. I wish it interfaced in real-time. Improvements are being made to this on an ongoing basis.
