What do you like most?
Exely Channel Manager makes it much easier to manage room rates and availability across multiple OTAs from one platform. The interface is user-friendly, and updates are synchronized quickly, helping us save time and reduce the risk of overbookings. The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have more advanced reporting and analytics features, especially for comparing performance across different booking channels. More customizable reports and additional automation options would make the system even more convenient for daily hotel operations.
