What do you like most?
D3X and their team offer a truly exceptional guest messaging automation tool. It has saved my team and me countless hours by handling repetitive inquiries efficiently, while also driving additional bookings. We’ve successfully implemented it across our website and social media, and are now rolling it out within our email communications. One of the standout features is the ability to track the revenue generated directly through the chatbot, providing clear visibility on its impact. The recently introduced learning loop has been a major improvement as well. It eliminates the need to manually review entire chat histories by highlighting unanswered questions, making it easy to continuously refine and strengthen the knowledge base. On top of that, the D3X team has been fantastic to work with. Jason, Emily, Gaurav, and the rest of the team have been consistently responsive, proactive, and a pleasure to collaborate with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
i know the team is already working on improvements, one of which i requested is the filtering of the inbox by ratings score.
