What do you like most?
I like most, that the channel manager is working effordlessly, that I can add an OTA surcharge, and that the pricing is amazingly fair, which helps us a lot after the last years of trouble with Covid and the political situation in Sri Lanka.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To promote guest reviews in an easier way, so that interested customers can see them during their booking procedure (but maybe I am not updated about all possibilities yet).
