What do you like most?
The ChatBot, without a doubt. The Quinta team is always available and open to improvements. Their support has been very helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Q-SEO module has room for improvement, as it currently appears to be in a fairly early stage of development. One of the main problems is the implementation of the FAQs: since they are added via script, they generate excessively long lists. From a user experience perspective, this forces visitors to scroll too much to find the information they are looking for, which can be impractical and negatively impact navigation. Furthermore, numerous links are generated from our website to Quinta's website. This integration, as it is currently implemented, may be transferring authority to an external site and, consequently, diluting the authority of our own website. In addition, this is a service that involves a recurring cost on each invoice, so its impact should be carefully considered. This is something that all links redirecting to your website should reflect on. I don't think it's the best approach, and as an SEO professional, I would advise against Q-SEO, even though they offer an FAQPage as a schema. However, it is important to highlight that the chatbot does contribute to conversions, which is a very positive aspect. Overall, and making a general assessment, I consider Quinta's services to be of high quality, although the Q-SEO module is, to this day, the one that has the most room for improvement.
