What do you like most?
They have a lot that they could offer if they could actually fulfill what they promise. When they can't full fill what they promise, they get a lawyer to come after you and your business. Don't engage with them. Many other companies are better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cendyn is the worst company we've encountered in our experience. 8 months after signing on, they still did not have a working website for us that looked anything like they promised. They missed deadline after deadline. They didn't respond to us and then would not refund us our 10k deposit. Lastly, they started a lawsuit against us when they themselves wouldn't complete the work. 2 Years later and still dealing with this vindictive company. Stay clear!
