Cloudbeds is easy to use and the calendar gives us a clear overview of the property. It is especially helpful to see the different room types and reservations at a glance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Folio process for adding guest extras could be more intuitive. It takes several steps to reach the right place and add additional charges.
