What do you like most?
Our hotel is small so as manager I will be needed around the clock. However when I'm home, I lost access to the system since I can not access server-based system from home. When we change to using Cloudbeds, for me personally I'm happy because I can access the system anywhere so if my team need some help they don't need to wait for my next shift for it to be fixed. The UI is also easy to use even for non-tech people. They have some things that can be improved but otherwise I like how easy and simple it's to use. You basically have every basic things you need and also another additional feature you can utilize especially for the revenue boost like creating the package etc. I'm happy to recommend Cloudbeds for boutique hotel like us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think they can improve on the reports since some basic reports (for example rooming list for breakfast/housekeeping) is not available so we need to adjust some other report for this purposes.
