What do you like most?
What I like most about Duve is how organized and user-friendly the platform is. It brings so many important aspects of the guest journey into one place, which makes it much easier to manage day-to-day operations. From online check-in and guest communication to upselling, guest information, and the Guest App, everything feels well structured and connected. I also really like how Duve helps reduce repetitive tasks and saves time for the team, while still giving guests a smooth and personalised experience. The automation and centralised communication make it easier to stay on top of guest requests and ensure that nothing gets missed. Overall, I think Duve is great because it makes hotel operations more efficient, keeps everything organised, and helps us provide a better experience for our guests at the same time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area where I think Duve could be improved is making the platform even more customizable and intuitive for different types of properties and operational workflows. Duve already brings a lot of functionality together in one organized system, but as a user, having more flexibility to tailor dashboards, automations, notifications, and workflows to specific operational needs would make it even more powerful. I would also like to see further improvements around workflow visibility when managing a high volume of arrivals, departures, guest requests, and operational tasks simultaneously. Having even clearer prioritisation, real-time status indicators, and more advanced reporting could help teams identify exceptions quickly and focus their attention where it is needed most. From an operational perspective, deeper integrations and greater flexibility in configuring automated guest communications would also add value, particularly for properties with different service standards, room types, or multi-property operations. The ability to fine-tune automation without making the system unnecessarily complex would be especially useful. That said, these are enhancements rather than major weaknesses. Duve already does an excellent job of centralising the guest journey and reducing manual work. Its biggest strength is that it creates structure and consistency across multiple touchpoints. With even more customisation, smarter automation, and deeper operational analytics, I believe Duve could become an even more indispensable platform for hospitality teams.
