What do you like most?
Vibha was very patient in helping us check the GDS booking breakdown and explained each step of the process in detail. Although I wasn’t able to download the file in the end, she escalated the issue to the GDS team and provided us with the case number. We truly appreciate her careful assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The GDS backend keeps asking for an SMS code, and every time I try to export it wants a new one — a bit annoying.
